Returns are handled in the following way: If the artwork is damaged and needs to be repaired because of a failed delivery process by a parcel carrier, I will fix or repair for free once the image has been returned. The purchaser of the artwork will need to contact lockhartgallery.com, so they can resolve the damage with the parcel carrier. Once the image is returned to our studio, the artist will restore the image and ship back to the customer for free. I make sure that before each item is shipped, it is packed with the utmost care to never get damaged to transit because of my neglect.
